Colours for Spring Summer 2021.

One of the most asked questions at the start of each season by my customers is,  what colors and in for the season ahead . With this in mind, I put together this blog with the colours for Spring Summer 2021. 

Colour trends for each season come from the Pantone Colour Institute. They pick 12 colours each season and four classics neutral. Fashion designers then incorporate these colours into the seasons collection and hence the season colours are born.

For pink lover’s burnt coral, a beautiful feminine pink will be around and then a brighter pink in called raspberry sorbet, which is a deeper pink will dominate.

French blue and cerulean is going to shine though in the blue family, which is great, as blue is a great colours on all skin tones and works great with our denims. Cerulean blue is the soft blue of the sky on the perfect summer day. 

Marigold a comforting golden orange that is infused with yellow will be one of the bold colourways you will see this Spring Summer. Illumination, a yellow colour will bring a friendly and joyful vibe to your wardrobe and these colours will be paired with green ash, which is a soft khaki colour that will bring a soothing vibe to your look and rust which is a soft nod to the brown family.  

But as always there will be neutral classic. Buttercream, an easy and effortless delicious off white, ultimate grey, and inkwell (navy) will fall under this heading. I am always a big fan of the head-to-toe neutral look and by mixing different textures, fabrics and colour tones, you can create an easy feminine look.
