New to Sola Boutique this week - La Bougie candle and diffusers.

It has been another busy week here in Sola Boutique, with lots of gift ideas for the festive season now in store and on line. Here is the link to our Gift ideas section. One of my favourite products to arrive this week, is the La Bougie candle and diffusers. 

Made in Ballinspittle here in West Cork, La Bougie launched in the summer of 2012 by Lucy Hagerty. Lucy had a  illustrious career as a chef in the UK to the Duchess of York, Sarah Fergerson.  After she married an Irish man, had children and eventually settled here, what she wanted to do was to create the perfect candle.  ‘I think food, taste and smell are quite similar,’ she says. She spent eight years learning the secrets of the perfume world and a further two learning how to create the candles herself.

I am currently burning Sweet Pea and Pear and this is an ideal candle to light when you want to sit down and relax for an hour with a good book. 

If you want to be taken back to your summer holidays, on these cold November days, then I suggest Honeysuckle and sea salt. This is a beautiful scent, that will transport you back to happy carefree summer days. 

The room diffuser is new to Sola Boutique this year. If you like to have your favourite space scented these diffusers last up to 6 months. I do love the Mission Fig one best.
